Grill or sautée your veggies, mix the honey, chives, vinegar, dijon and olive oil and let the veggies marinate in that for 30-60 min. Toast the bread. mix the mascarpone with the calabrian chili paste and spread on the bread. Layer the mortadella, salami and coppa. Add the pecorino Romano. Add the veggies with the marinade (vinaigrette). Top with pepperoncini. Cut in half and share!
