Who doesn’t love a snack? Yet sometimes it’s hard to choose between salty and sweet. Luckily, we’ve got a spicy mix of salami sticks, chips, pretzels and nuts for the salt and dried mangoes for the sweet. It’s not often you get it both ways.
Directions
Chorizo Party Mix
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Melt the butter with hot sauce in a small saucepan (or in the microwave in a microwaveable bowl). Stir in the brown sugar, cocoa powder, chili powder, salt, cayenne and cinnamon until dissolved and smooth. Put the plantain chips, pretzels, corn chips, peanuts and mango onto a foil lined baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over and toss to coat. Spread out in an even layer. Bake, stirring halfway through, for 30 minutes.
Add salami, then pour an ice-cold beer and snack away.
