Who doesn’t love a snack? Yet sometimes it’s hard to choose between salty and sweet. Luckily, we’ve got a spicy mix of Chorizo Salame sticks, chips, pretzels, and nuts for the salt and dried mangoes for the sweet. It’s not often you get it both ways.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Melt the butter with hot sauce in a small saucepan (or in the microwave in a microwaveable bowl). Stir in the brown sugar, cocoa powder, chili powder, salt, cayenne, and cinnamon until dissolved and smooth. Put the plantain chips, pretzels, corn chips, peanuts, and mango onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over and toss to coat. Spread out in an even layer. Bake, stirring halfway through, for 30 minutes.
Add Chorizo, then pour an ice-cold beer and snack away.
