Italian menus aren’t complete without Volpi Italian meat products. Volpi produces gourmet meat using only two elements: the finest ingredients and time. All of our products are minimally processed with no artificial ingredients. The curing, drying and aging is performed in the Italian traditional way – a process that includes hand salting and massaging, followed by drying. The dry aging process lasts up to 3 months for salami and up to 12 months for prosciutto.
