Hello!  I appreciate getting your response from my latest blog.  The Volpi cook book is nearing its final stages of recipe testing and organization before goin to print.  It will be a fall release date.  As I gain confirmation with dates and progress I surely look forward to talking about the release.  Keep you posted.....  I&#039;m finalizing my next blog to post today covering an Olive Oil competition held in Los Angeles, 477 entries.
