Hello! I appreciate getting your response from my latest blog. The Volpi cook book is nearing its final stages of recipe testing and organization before goin to print. It will be a fall release date. As I gain confirmation with dates and progress I surely look forward to talking about the release. Keep you posted….. Hello, good morning. I appreciate your response and question regarding the Volpi cook book. We are currently in the final stages of recipe testing and book organization. It will be a few months before going to print. I will cover the subject again as dates get confirmed and further specifics for the book released. I’m working on blog to post later today covering a Extra Virgin Olive Oil competition where I was a judge, 477 olive oils were submitted.
